Steph Van Doren

I am an enviromental painter and sculptor. I am passionate about reducing our carbon footprints, slowing or stopping waste streams, and quite simply, protecting the planet one piece of art work at a time. I use reclaimed materials to create art that does not immediately say "I am recycled". We have a tendency as a civilization to "hide" or deny our impact on this planet. So although you may not realize upon first viewing, that this art is made from detritus, hopefully you will be willing to explore it further.
